Our Hotel Guest Rental Policy

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding an upcoming stay, or to inquire about booking a room. You can reach Guest Services and Reservations any time between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM by calling us at 360-376-2263.  Outside of these hours, we will provide guest assistance 24 hours each day at the same number.  After hours Reservation inquiries will be responded to the following day after 8:30 AM.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-In is 3 PM. Check-Out is 11 AM.  

RESERVATION DEPOSIT POLICY:

When you book your stay, payment in full is due at time of booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full deposit refund, minus a $50 Cancellation Fee. Reservations and cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not receive a refund. “No show” reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay. Cancelation Notice must be provided in writing via email. Please email [email protected] to cancel your reservation.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE:

If more then 2 people will be staying in the room an additional $35 per night will be charged.

SOFA BED USE:

Regardless of number of guests, if sofa bed is used, it will result in a $35 one time charge, separate from number of guests charged. This covers extra laundry sheets and pillow case and duvet covers used.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

All personal property you bring to the premises shall be your responsibility and we are not liable for any damage to or loss of such property. We are not responsible for any personal items left upon vacating. Such items can be returned to you at cost to ship plus a $15 handling fee.

SMOKING POLICY:

No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and marijuana. The hotel will charge a $500 sanitizing/cleaning fee for smoking in a guest room.

ALCOHOL CONSUPTION:

The structures and grounds of the Village Inn are not licensed by the State of Washington for alcohol service.  Alcohol may be purchased elsewhere and brought to the property. Responsible consumption of alcohol is required.

PET POLICY:

Pets are allowed at the Village Inn, two dogs or less only.  An additional fee of $70 is charged.  Pets may not be left alone in the room as damage or barking often occurs. The Hotel will charge a $250 fee if a pet is found to have been left alone in your room.  Any pet related damage will be charged to the guest credit card on file.

When pets are accepted, the following terms, conditions, and restrictions will apply:

  • You are liable for all actions of your pets, financial and otherwise. Your liability is not limited to the amount of any security deposit. You are responsible for the full replacement value of furnishings or cost of repair to surfaces and other property damaged by your pet.
  • A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted. Two small 35 lb. max weight dog or one large 90 lb. max weight dog allowed.
  • All pets will be clean and healthy with all current shots and immunizations, and trimmed nails.
  • All pet droppings must be removed from the premises and disposed of prior to departure.
  • Dogs are NEVER allowed on furniture or beds. Wet and muddy pets must be wiped down or washed and dried PRIOR to entering the hotel.
  • You will be billed for all additional housekeeping time that is required to remove pet hair, insect infestation, sand, mud, stains, or droppings.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended. Both joyful and lonely barking is a no-no. Pets will always be on a leash when outside the hotel.
  • You are responsible for actions of your dog. Dogs are not permitted to wander from the hotel property, or in any way disturb neighboring properties or busineses. Should the welfare of the hotel or quiet enjoyment of any neighbor be compromised, you will be required to remove the dog from the premises. Should this occur, you remain responsible for fulfilling all other rental conditions and the financial commitment for the entire rental period.
  • Cats are not allowed. Only dogs are allowed.

Breeds that are excluded are excluded based on their posing a high risk to people in and around the property as well as other wildlife or domestic animals nearby.  The list of excluded breeds (purebred or mixed) is as follows:
