THE VILLAGE INN GUEST RENTAL POLICY
Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding an upcoming stay, or to inquire about booking a room. You can reach Guest Services and Reservations any time between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM by calling us at 360-376-2263. Outside of these hours, we will provide guest assistance 24 hours each day at the same number. After-hours Reservation inquiries will be responded to the following day after 8:30 AM.

Check In/Check Out Times: 

Check-In is 3 PM. Check-Out is 11 AM. 

Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 

When you book your stay, payment in full is due at time of booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full deposit refund, minus a $50 Cancellation Fee. Reservations and cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not receive a refund. “No show” reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay. Cancelation Notice must be provided in writing via email. Please email reservations@nwislandescapes.com to cancel your reservation.

PET POLICY: 

The hotel must approve any Pet Stays. Guests must agree to the terms, conditions, and restrictions detailed in the Village Inn Pet Policy Policy. An additional one-time fee of $70 is charged for bringing a pet. Our Pet Policy and Insurance prohibits renting to guests traveling with specific breeds of dogs and the acceptance of any specific dog is subject to management discretion. 

PERSONAL PROPERTY 

All personal property you bring to the premises shall be your responsibility and we are not liable for any damage to or loss of such property. We are not responsible for any personal items left upon vacating. Such items can be returned to you at cost to ship plus a $15 handling fee. 

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE: 

If more than 2 guests, including children, will be staying in the room, an additional $35 per night will be charged to cover amenities used.  Maximum of three adults and children (combined) are allowed. 

SOFA BED USE: Regardless of number of guests, if sofa bed is used, it will result in a $35 one time charge, separate from number of guests charged.  This covers extra laundry sheets and pillow case and duvet covers used.   

SMOKING POLICY: 

No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and marijuana. The hotel will charge a $500 sanitizing/cleaning fee for smoking in a guest room. 

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: 

The structures and grounds of the Village Inn are not licensed by the State of Washington for alcohol service. Alcohol may be purchased elsewhere and brought to the property. Responsible consumption of alcohol is required.
